  • More than 25 years of sales experience in the commercial airline business, out of which 10 years in different management positions including staff responsibility 
  • More than 5 months instructor training to become a certified trainer for sales and communication with IWP, Institute for Educational Science, in Bottrop/Germany


Focus of my activities as a Trainer


Together with my customers, I analyse the current situation, define the goal of my activities, swift, direct and with a fine sense of humour. My support is absolutely reliable and comes from the bottom of my heart.

  • Sales Training for staff with customer contact: inside sales (telephone) and outside sales force
  • Behavioural Training for internal and external communication
  • Behavioural Training for (field) service staff

  • Sales Training and Behavioural Training for trade show participation
  • Professional trade show participation: from preparation (Invitation Management) to implementation, leading to profitable post-processing of valuable contacts of new and regular customers 


Scope of Trainer Duties


My task is taking stock of staff performance.  Processes are analyzed and optimized, resulting in positive behaviour in sales activities, leadership and communication, all actively and practically supported


Methods and solutions in step with actual practice, tagged with fresh and modern tools are the key to success.


Expert knowledge from daily business situations are part and parcel of the taylormade trainings, where each staff is individually challenged and supported, motivated to achieve the business goals.




In every mandate received, discretion is of utmost importance. As a result of that names or logos of my customers are not listed. Provided my customers are agreeable, details are provided during personal meetings.
